Re: Designing - The Book of Kingpin

Everyone seems to be OK with the first page, and we have chosen the figure, so I am gonna go ahead and do a playtest. Thanks to all for the help to get this far. Designing Kingpin after a huge Criminal faction was a bit daunting earlier this year, and it has been a long road, but it was smooth thanks to all of you. :toast:

Good stuff! :-) We definitely need to go all SSE on some stuff to help him round out the Criminal Faction before we release Wave 5. You know which units I'm talking about, so I'm not name dropping here. ;-)

C3G PLAY TEST FEEDBACK FORM

NAME OF THE TEST UNIT Kingpin

Pass

- BONDING TEST

Pass

- POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any.

Pass

Pass

- Army Test/ Does it pass? Yes, 210 at first started to feel too low, but the villains lost in the end and things seemed very fair.

So are you just doing army tests here due to his bonding prowess?

Griffin December 4th, 2010 02:07 PM

Re: Designing - The Book of Kingpin

Yeah, 3 army tests only and I plan on asking the other testers to do the same as well.

Re: Designing - The Book of Kingpin

Works for me. I'm doing 4 for ULTRON, but I might scale back if results are conclusive after the first couple.

Re: Designing - The Book of Kingpin

Second army test in. I really like KP and how he basically can give a Criminal faction a lot of flexible "on the fly" options. But that second army of KP, Bullseye, and Elektra was AWESOME. They are very deadly, and lots of fun.

Re: Designing - The Book of Kingpin

Testing is done, and I pass him at 210. I will propose to move to ERB tomorrow, preemptive yeas are appreciated.
