:woot: :woot: Killo Jr. and I will be there!

AoA allowed, with a suitable (presumably pre-approved by the TD) proxy?

Conditionally, yes.
  • Any proxies must be pre-approved by the TDs.
  • You must be willing to interrupt your game-play to assist the TDs with any AoA rule interpretation or rule interactions.

TDs reconsidered and revoked their OK on AoA. No, NO on AoA.

Is this being paid on arrival at the event, or Venmo/Paypal in advance? And do we know how it's going to be divvied out, or will that depend on the number of attendees?

That would best be answered by one of the TDs. Logan is kinda heading this one up, so maybe email him?

I can answer that :)

Entry Fee is paid directly to the store when you arrive; it is a condition of using the space and goes toward prize support. The prize was divided up previously between the top three folks last time we hosted here with the lion's share going to the victor, but it would depend on how many participants end up showing up so that the store credit prize could be useable (large enough) for folks coming in from out of town. If 10 people show up in theory that is 50 dollars which is a reasonable amount to divide up etc. I think what we had last time was a 50% 1st 35% 2nd 15% 3rd breakdown.

However, if someone would prefer to not pay the fee we could probably arrange that as long as it wasn't everyone and those folks just wouldn't be eligible for prize support

@Killo - Do you think you could propose a couple maps (that you can bring)?

Thank you @Thoppner18 for letting me know about this! March 9th may be a date I’m scheduled to work OT, but if so, I’ll try and switch with someone. Hope I can make it.
