This probably won't last all the way to 6:00, will it? 5 45 minute rounds leaving time in between seems like it would take only to about 4:30.

Well we wanted to allow enough time between rounds for people to run downstairs to the food court for a snack, so we figured 15 minutes between rounds. starting at noon that would take us 'till 5, and then we wanted to have enough time for prize selection and breaking down without everyone being in a rush. Another group comes in to use the room at 6.
