That's three. Spock joins the Heroes of Fiction.
Today is Wednesday, March 20. @machinekng will have until March 29, Friday to submit an initial idea. @McHotcakes is next after that.

Re: Heroes of Fiction: Design Thread

While we're waiting. Some errata to remove nerve pinch nerve pinch pinch pinch game.

https://www.heroscapers.com/communit...5_original.jpg

VULCAN NERVE PINCH SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 1 Special.
If Spock attacks with his Vulcan Nerve Pinch Special Attack and rolls a skull, the defending figure can't roll defense dice and removes its next order marker. Only Unique Heroes may be chosen for this power and Spock can't choose the same hero twice in a round. Soulborgs and Undead are unaffected.

While we're at it, is it Spock or Mr. Spock or something other than a single word?

(and I also fixed power order arrangement)

@machinekng failed to respond in time and hasn't been active since around 2016. The group has the right to boot him, four votes is required for that, else he simply forfeits his turn and moves to the end of the list.

@McHotcakes has until Friday, April 6 to respond with his nomination.

I'm next after McHotcakes.

Here we go

https://i.ibb.co/Nt2c160/The-Blackthorne.png
Dhalinar Kholin
Stormlight Archive
Book Series
Jandar

Human
Unique Hero
Knight? Prince? Highprince?
Valiant? Honorable?
Medium 5 or 6

Dalinar Kholin is one of the main characters from the book series.

Character Bio
Spoiler Alert!

Life: 5 He's tough as nails
Move: 6 His armor enhances his speed
Range: 1
Attack: ?
Defense: ?

Powers
Quote:

Shardblade
When Dalinar attacks, the enemy figure rolls 1 fewer defense die for each skull rolled.
The shardblade is extremely deadly and breezes through an enemy's defense. I thinking this represents that but might be over powered.

Quote:

Shardplate
When Dalinar rolls defense dice against a figure without the shardblade special power, each shield counts as 1 additional block.
This seems like the most basic way to represent tough magical armor.

Quote:

Losing the Thrill
Whenever Dalinar destroys a figure you must roll the 20 sided die. On a roll of 7? or lower remove all order markers from Dalinar's army card. Dalinar may not make leaving engagement attacks for the rest of the round.
Throughout the first book whenever Dalinar killed an enemy solider he would be filled with emotion. As such he would often freeze in the middle of the battlefield. Refusing to move or attack. I think this is a good way to balance him out.

Points: ???

I should also note that I am specifically trying to represent Dalinar from the first book in the series. There are some pretty significant changes at the end of that book that would alter this design.

Yes! A Sanderson character!!! Such a huge fan! Auto shields and or a leap power also makes sense for shardplate

I see you already incorporated autoshields nm lol.
