Received my country assignment and also notification that deadline for first orders ends 11/16.

I'll turn press on Monday, 11/23. Keep the chitchat there and not here. The first deadline will be Friday, 11/27, unless that's a problem for someone. Let me know privately. That gives you a whole week to get out of the blocks.

Well more to the point is that you shouldn't tell anyone what country you are until after the game.

All communications for the game happen inside of the website that runs the game.

I would actually suggest the newcomers play another "Quick" game on the site, short deadlines, not really caring about that result, but getting a feel for how the game is played.
