Any figure with Avengers under their name. I should probably change the wording to "Avengers Unique Hero" instead. Thanks for the input Bager.

The problem is going to be that most Avengers won't actually be listed as Avengers (I would guess) since they come from all kinds of backgrounds. Cap is such a strong leader that I think you can get by with him aiding any teammate, so I wouldn't use that qualification at all.
