May I request something a bit off topic? Could you scan some terrrain parts as well? More specifically the Fortress of the Archkyrie set and the main set ruins. It'd be amazing to make huge buildings with an extended supply of those parts.

I have the Fortress Walls 90% modeled--I just need to add the textures. The problem I've been having is getting the tabs to fit snug but not break. This is especially true because the 3D print plastics are different strengths and flexibilities than the injection molded plastics.

I don't think a scan will be any better.

I will try to work on my walls and post them this week.

Yeah, I agree. the interlocking pieces are the reason I've stayed away from terrain at this point. But, I can always scan the trees, they shouldn't be a big deal.

The ruins should work as well. I know some people want to 3D print reversed ruins to make buildings.

I've found very few interlocking pieces that work the way the original terrain does thus far. I've tinkered a lot though so have some okay pieces. Stuff that sits on top like trees and ruins and such though are a good choice since they don't have to be so perfect.

Added Trees, scanning ruins now.

Had to fix the bases of the small trees, pain :/

Ruins loaded. Got some of the figures from one of my friends, will be uploading a good bit more.

Agreed, I wouldn't have bought the scanner if I wasn't first inspired by his hard work.

I got into Heroscape when I found the master sets on clearance. By the time I realized how incredible the game was, I wasn’t able to find anything else.
