Character Bio - “[Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’] Ross is a General in the Air Force who is in charge of Bruce Banner's gamma bomb project. His daughter, Betty, takes a liking to the young scientist, a fact which only enhances the dislike the rough Ross has for the "weakling" scientist Banner. After Banner's transformation into the Hulk, Ross spends years chasing the monster, becoming obsessed enough with it to commit treason by allying himself with the Leader, MODOK, and the Abomination in order to destroy the Hulk [. Years later,] Ross appeared as the Red Hulk, into which he had been transformed in order to better combat his nemesis” (Wikipedia, 2013).

PRIORITY OBJECTIVE
At the start of the game, choose an opponent's Unique or Event Hero. Thaddeus Ross and all Human Soldiers you control roll one additional die when attacking the chosen figure with a normal attack.

MILITARY DISCIPLINE
All Human Soldiers you control move one additional space. A Human Soldier you control that is in clear sight of Thaddeus Ross may not leave engagement on your turn.

AIR STRIKE
Once per game, after revealing an Order Marker on this card and instead of taking a turn with Thaddeus Ross, you may choose up to two spaces that are within 1 space of each other and within 12 spaces of Thaddeus Ross. All figures on the chosen spaces or within 1 space of the chosen spaces are affected by Air Strike. Roll two unblockable attack dice for each affected figure, one at a time.

Ross doesn't really transform to and from the Red Hulk - and definitely not back and forth in the midst of battle. I'd MUCH rather see him with some sort of Soldier synergy.

Yeah, I thought it was kind of weird having the transformation ability. The design works, but the theme is iffy.

I did not know that. :-) Even better, though! That's easily changed. The Air Strike power is my favorite part of the card for sure. So I'm happy cutting the other two parts and replacing them with a soldier power. Any suggestions?

Maybe also a power that makes it harder for others to take control of him? STRENGTH OF WILL for the power name?
