I think you would get more bang for your buck out of SW's. I dig the mechanic of not just relying on the skulls, but also adjacent figures. Being able to place them on an enemy's adjacent figures would be cool (I know that's not how it works, but just a thought for later.)

I think going with Ark's power name and SW's power would work great.
