I've been here for a long time and this is my first blog post so, here's the scoop on the poop.
It's been a long and busy last month or two.
Sometime in January I put an offer in on a house here in Ames and closed on February 28th. The last two weeks have been crazy trying to get moved in and everything and I finally finished last night.
On top of all of that, today is my 34th day without a cigarette. By far the best that I've ever done quitting smoking.
So it's been a stressful & painful start but I believe that 2011 is going to be a great year.
It's also the year of the first Des Moines heroscape tournament, to which I'm eagerly anticipating.
