I'm not sure how we accumulated so much crap, but my goodness did we have a lot of it.

I didn't realize how many board games I have either, I don't think its possible to have too many, but I'm pretty dang close....

Now that we are completely out of our old place we get the fun of organizing our new house. Fun fun.

When I'm at home, not reading a book, comics, this site, or surfing the net aimlessly I play World of Warcraft

Just last night I hit 5000 gold on World of Warcraft. The first thing I did was go pay the Riding Trainer to teach me to fly epic mounts, cost 5000 gold. Then I went back to my bank and got the materials to my epic flying mount, the Turbo-Charged Flying Control. Now I'm flying around Outland at 418% speed. Zoom Zoom Zoom.

I tried to get a close-up of the Hula Girl on the dash, but Taurens are just too dang big.

Now I will be working towards getting exalted with the Netherwing faction so I can fly around...

Memories. All kinds of things can trigger memories, I read or heard somewhere that your sense of smell can trigger specific memories, I don't know if its true or not just thought it was interesting. One thing that triggers some very vivid memories is this song. I'm going take a trip down memory lane courtesy of Linkin Park...

It reminds me of the first time I heard the song, it was at our friendly not-so-local game store (we had to drive 45-50 minutes to get there) right when their CD was out or about to come out, near the end of 2000, I was a senior in High School. I was playing in a the weekly magic tournament. Magic was my life back then, I had been playing for 3-4 years by then, and it was all I did, school half a day, then work 8 hours, then magic. Today's blog is inspired by a song that I like. Its called Life is Beautiful by Sixx A.M. I really like the lyrics of this song.

I've had a few stress weeks as of late. Our lease ends on our apartment at the end of this month. Back at the beginning of the month, we were going to renew, but when we went to the office they said they were going to increase our rent. We wouldn't be able to afford it. So I started the hunt for a new place for us to live. Most of the places that I could find were either too expensive or wouldn't take our dog for various reasons. It was getting really upsetting because we needed to find a place and try to work a deal out so we could move in early, with school and work we wouldn't have time to do it all at once in the middle of the week (we need to be out by the 30th, a Wednesday). It wasn't looking promising, until Kristy talked to her dad who told her that a guy he works with was trying to sell a house but would be looking...

This custom unit is inspired by my level 70 World of Warcraft character of the same name. It was tough to limit the abilities down to something that would fit on the card. In the game there are so many things that a Warrior can do, but ultimately I think the feel of the class in the game shows through in this card. The figure is from the game Confrontation by Rackham.
