Mr Migraine

It is my final year of high school.

I've applied to three schools now: Georgia Tech, Florida, and Central Florida. I cannot wait to leave this town. I'll be receiving my decision from GT and Central Florida in about a month, UF next year.

So, engineering is what I'm going after. Don't really know which sort at all. I'll have to make up my mind soon, though. Any engineers out there who can offer some insight?

Other news? I've been away from this place for a while now. I miss it in a way. I've played Heroscape maybe a total of five times in the past eighteen months. Not too interesting for me anymore. IB has been a pain in the booty these past four years in high school.

Hi all, I just wanted to acknowledge all of you guys who make this such a great community that I've lasted over two years here. Thanks! That's all.

My Xbox has the red rings of death again. And it looks like I'll actually have to pay 99 bucks for the repair, seeing that my 3 year warranty has expired. What a bummer. The bright side, however is that after every repair they will add a new 1 year warranty from then.

I'll either do that or have it repaired by some sketch game shop on Beach Boulevard.

I don't really have any idea why, but I believe a memoir is in order. Since I joined, I have:

• Been here 1 year, 4 months, 10 days
• Become a Lifetime Site Supporter
• Become a member of Club 11 for some reason.
• Been almost banned twice.*
• Found an avatar that stuck.
• Written this entire blog post and then found myself accidentally clicking to another page. When I pressed back, the whole thing was gone.
• Learned to write my blog posts in word documents and then post them.
• Realized that giving and receiving neg reps isn't a huge deal.
• Introduced 5 others to the addiction.
• Experienced the effects of Heroscape as a gateway game, most notably Carcassone and Catan.
• Learned to embrace the suck.
• Accumulated a 6-1 CoN record.
• Alongside my puppet buddies, bamboozled scorpiusx. When you convince scorp, you convince them all.
• Watched the Hangout transform from a spam hole.
• Discovered VirtualScape.
• Made

...

I thought this neato web application was worthy of mention. It is called the Password Meter and it rates the strength of any password you can think of. It is surprisingly in-depth, however, providing each criteria and rate that makes up part of the percentage.

I know our resident mathematicians here will enjoy it; you know who you are.

Anyway, I got a 56%, which startled me. My password has letters, numbers, and spaces. Another one can be found here; I got an 86%, so I can quit crying.
