Heroscape Elffy

So despite what some of you may think of me, I'm quite a good dancer (in my most humble opinion. ) But don't take my word for it. Watch this video of me, and laugh at my mistakes! You may recognize this as the Evolution of Dance, originally depicted by Judson Laipply, a motivational speaker who finishes his speeches with this dance, or it's sequel. The original is currently the #1 most viewed video on youtube. This was the High School Variety Show in April. We picked this dance up in about 2 hours.

Seems that Gamer's Reunion's points go down every year. 510 in '08, 440 in '09, and now 410 in '10. So, the usual: 24 spaces, glyphs (probably the usual).

Huge fan of this one. I love the thematic Hounds, and the Rats and Q10 are unaffected by Plague. So yay.

Not as good, seeing as I'd have to drop something. And that would probably be Isamu. I'm also not a huge fan of 1x Blasts. If one dies, they lose their value. And I'd be too worried about tying down their guys for Blast fire than I would be about Plaguing them. Suggestions for the Hound/Glad x2 base?

And so, here we are. I've been a member of this site for exactly 2 years this day. This is also my 20th blog...but that's not important. I've decided that for this, I'll do what MrMigraine did for one of HIS blog entries, Musings of a Retrospective Scaper. Except this one is much shorter.

• Learned to think a bit more, THEN post
• Attained the titles of "Becoming a Woman" and "So cute when bitter".
• Gotten rep (both negative and positive) from people I respect across these boards, which I like to think has helped my posting habits.
• Met quite a few people, including Spider_Poison and Jexik.
• Gotten a lot more 'Scape, though I'm not even CLOSE to having my collection complete.
• Been trying to find other games that are as fun as Heroscape, and worked on GETTING said

Hey guys. I figured that since this isn't Heroscape FanArt I'd keep the forum itself clean, and just post a blog with my single drawing. If you honestly can't tell, it's Garfield. I was board after taking a test in English, so I just pulled out a notebook and drew. There was a picture of Garfield on the wall, so I lightly sketched it, badly, then darkened the parts I liked. I fixed the rest, darkening as I went, and this was the final result. The only that honestly bothers me is the smudges. The tail isn't too great, but it was my first attempt at a serious (Garfield? Serious?) drawing. Enjoy.

Wow. I'm making a Blog? It's been awhile. So, I was away from the site for awhile, during Parts 2 and 3 of D&D Preview Blogs. So I hopped on a couple days ago, and noticed them. I clicked 3 and saw cards.
They blew my mind how well thought out and thematic they were! I haven't been commenting on the threads (surprise!) about D&D stuff, for the most part, but thinking. Combos to be used during the Campaign, Combos for Tourneys, how many do I need to fulfill my Drow-Love? With all this swirling in my head, it didn't take long for me to get some favorites from this set. There are some I'm not too thrilled about, mind you, but I can deal. I mean, it's not like I have any say in what goes on, right? :P

Before I DO continue with MY thoughts (which are mine, not anyone elses), I'd like to thank everyone who play tested and designed these. You guys did some awesome work balancing these guys with Classic Scape. You guys deserve much more thanks than you...
