This was my attempt to recreate the experience of UranusPChicago's classic map "Highways and Dieways" for a 3 player game.
Uses 2 Rotv and 3 RttFF.
I have enjoyed many 3 player FFA and Kill your buddy matches on this map. I hope you enjoy it too.
While I started with UPC Highways and Dieways as an inspriation for the map it definately grew into it's own destinct map. I have found that the Astrid Glyph really works well here, emphasizesing the 2 against 1 aspect common to 3 player games and using that to it's advantage, constantly switching the factions to focus on the person holding the Astrid glyph, usually preventing the 2 vs 1 resulting in the quick demise of one of the players.
I highly recommend you use my suggested Glyph pool; [[SIZE=1][SIZE=1][SIZE=2]Gerda (defence +1), Valda (move +2), Ulaniva (unique attack +1), Wannok (wound)] this will spread the action all over the map and with those strong glyphs available one player can work to control 2 of them and use their powers to help counter the person holding the central Astrid glyph. When used this way the shifting power balance makes for a really exciting map.[/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]
