It seems I'm having trouble downloading. Every time I try it pops up with the little "Slow down! You are downloading things too quikly", screen. Is there something that is not on my computer?
I would suggest one of the following:
1. Try opening in a different browser (firefox, chrome, internet explorer, safari, etc.)
2. Instead of clicking on download, right click and do save link/target as...
3. Disable any download accelerators and PDF viewer plugins in your browser. Just google "disable PDF viewer [browser]" for instructions on how to do this in the browser you are using.
