First Blog- Custom Help Needed

I became a site supporter about a month ago and one of the perks I get for it is this blog. My original intent was to make my first post something really special. As my ambition kicked out with the start of summer and my summer job has set in my hopes for a special first post have evaporated.
Now I present to you a custom idea I need some help with. I'm not sure what the point cost should be for this unit. If I get this issue resolved I'll probably enter it into the "not an exlcusive contest".


The figure is the Arrow Grut with his tongue sticking out repainted with flesh tone skin , grey armor, and red straps. His bow will be a lighter brown, his ponytail turned into a hat with a red bob, and red blotching around the ears and other nonhuman looking parts.

Abilities:
Archer Enhancement
All Archers you control that are within 2 clear sight spaces of Titinius Gallus add 1 space to their range and roll on additional defense die. Archer enhancement does not affect Titinius Gallus

Cover Fire
When attacking an opponent's figure, if Titinius Gallus inflicts one or more wounds, you may move one Disciplined figure you control who follows Einar and is within 8 clear sight spaces of Titinius Gallus up to 4 spaces. You cannot use Cover Fire to move Titinius Gallus.

Flaming Arrow Special Attack
Attack 5. Range 9.
Defending figures roll one less defense die against Flaming Arrow Special Attack. After figuring damage you must place one wound marker on Titinius

Bio:
Titinius Gallus shares much in common with his brother Marcus Decimus Gallus. Both leaders of the Roman IX Legion; both have a knack for leadership; and both inspire those around them. Titinius however has a knack for the bow. His precision has allowed him to shoot nearly as far as the Elven archer Syvarris, but Titinus’ skill as a leader has allowed him to teach his techniques to those around him. Many predicted that Titinus would eventually surpass his brother’s leadership, but an unfortunate wound on the battlefield left much of Titinius’ body scarred from flame and mind scarred fear. Titinius’s greatest ability was to shoot flaming arrows, but every time he has shot one after the incident he hurts himself in a wave of panic.

I'd start playtesting at 110, personally. Good luck!

I was thinking he had a lot in common with Lagor, who is 110 points. Titinius has one less life and one less move, but a much more potent special attack. The attack is at the cost of a life, so that reduces its effiency. Then he has cover fire, which would probably adds 5-10 points to his cost. He's an archer so he's not suseptible to any current bonding.

I think starting at 110 is a good idea, but I'd expect to go to about 120, maybe 130.

I need the UPS man to give me my Romans before I can really start though
