If I ran HeroScape...

If I ran Heroscape, the next expansion set would be a GI Joe vs Cobra set (Rocky mountain type boulders similar to the trees). It would include Cobra Commander (similar powers to the Red Skull), a Snake eyes, Destro, Scarlett, Duke, Gung Ho, Sgt. Slaughter, Lady Jane, the Baroness, Zartan, Major Bludd and Storm Shadow. Maybe a few Cobra BATS or Crimson Guards.
I agree with others that terrain specific powers would be cool. Including terrain back in the small expansion sets would also be a good idea. Heck, why don't they sell terrain separately anyway? I'd buy more road, and many more large grass pieces.
I would also reissue past figures that were repainted and stick them in with new waves. I would put a stop to the figures put out showing powers like Chardris. What a cool figure, but do we have to show his power? He would look better without the ball of flame in his hand... that's all I'm saying.

I like the idea of the GIJoe Scapers. I can picture fielding multiple commons of the Cobra Vipers. Awesome!
