Recently our good friend Erik Arneson at about.com traveled deep into the holiest of heroscape sanctuaries, the hallowed "Heroscape Room". In the words of Mr. Arneson:

"In a nondescript room on the ground floor at Hasbro's office in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, decisions are made that impact everyone who plays HeroScape. Lack of visual detail on your castle set got you down?

We've got just the solution your looking for. A fast easy way to touch up your castle, to bring it on par with all of the rest of your Heroscape gear.
You see, nearly everything that comes out for Heroscape employs a technique known in the painting world as: Washing. "Washing" is a technique in which you add thinned-down paint or ink to a figure to emphasize the deep parts -- effectively creating shadows where there really aren't any.

Here at Heroscapers.com we love to show off the work of our members. The creativity that pours out of so many of the people on this site never cease to amaze me. Recently one of our members, known as C28525, refurbished an old table into a beautiful Heroscape themed table for playing on. He's going to show us just how he did it with some step by step instructions just incase you want to do-it-yourself. So let me just hand the mic over to C28525 here, and let him run with it.

First off I need to give a big shoutout to InfinityMax, it was his initial design of a dice tower that inspired this table. He also helped get the sizes and hexes together to make this thing. He is a genius!

A new terrain set has been released and so its time for Heroscapers to mark its entrance to the market by showing off what new amazing thing Heroscapers member Caravaggio has done with it. He's an architect and an artist, and the things he does with Heroscape terrain are nothing short of an art form.
