Customer Support Moves to Wizards

Hello all, here at heroscapers.com we heard word that there was something going on with the customer support for Heroscape queries. I sent an email to Chris Dupris who has always been our contact man at Hasbro when calling or emailing them in an effort to resolve rule questions or disputes. Chris returned my email and now I am in turn alerting all of you to what exactly is going down. Chris writes, in an email to me:

Yes, you are correct, a piece of Heroscape support has moved to the Wizards of the Coast team. Let me try to explain.

As it used to work, I was the only dedicated Customer Service support for Heroscape. However, Heroscape has become too large for one person to handle. To that end, we have moved the Customer Service aspect of Heroscape to our partners at Wizards of the Coast. These guys are great when it comes to gameplay questions and have worked on a few other games you may recognize (Dungeons & Dragons, Magic the Gathering, and Axis & Allies). I am personally very excited about the exposure and support that Heroscape will now receive.

Please note, the only aspect of Heroscape that has shifted to Wizards of the Coast is the Customer Service part. Craig and Rob and the rest of the team are still hard at work and I can tell you that 2007 is going to be AWESOME!

In closing, Heroscape is going strong, and we are looking forward to yet another great year with the brand.
