Let's Buy Some New Heroscape
"Let's go buy the latest Heroscape release." If feels so good to be able to say that.
AGE OF ANNIHILATION: Vanguard Edition is live on Hasbro Pulse, Hasbro's version of Kickstarter. You can go there now to pledge your support for the newest Heroscape master set, which looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! New units, new factions, new terrain, and exclusive promos!
Nearly 1000 people have already pledged their support, so if this sounds interesting to you (and I know it does!) go to the Pulse website and check it out! There are lots of great pictures and information there.
If this really takes off, there are even stretch goals available. Who wants more Sgt. Drake Alexander? I do! and I bet you do too.

Yeah I feel this, would love to join in as well. But in the EU I can only fund a Ghostrider figure, not HS.

I also pledged to buy. $250 seems like a lot, but when you think about what you are getting it is comparable to old Heroscape. You get almost an old master set's worth of terrain (sparkly water has been confirmed), plus two expansions (jungle and "castle"), plus several waves worth of figures.

I know $250 is no joke. For some people it's a non-starter. But for those who can make the commitment, it's a huge amount of content. And I'm looking forward to using "speedpaints," which will let me do it myself at just a few minutes for each figure.
