The cards might read a bit different, but rest assured that they’ll play just as smooth and fun as they have in the past, but now with the added bonus of extra clarifications and definitions

An AoA Map Competition?!

AoA Map Competition

...so we know that AoA didn't happen, but @GeneralRolando has made wall terrain pieces compatible with the ones shown in the AoA campaign. That means we need maps and GeneralRolando is running a competition. The requirements are quite loose, and both competitive and more story-based maps are welcome (with their own judging categories). July 31 is the deadline, so check out the contest thread to see the full details.

After the contest is over, he plans to create a pdf booklet with all entries, so even if you don't win, your map should still get some love!

Summertime Custom Competition!

As the verses unfold, and we take stock of the new 'Scape, it is time to jump start the crazed institution of the QC3. So lick your fingers clean and get ready to roll yer own creation together! From deadbeats to old greasers, pied pipers to gallery minstrels, we must think 'round corners to sing the song of the return of HeroScape.

Really don't mind if you sit this one out, but if you'd like to ride the cold wind to Valhalla check out the QC3HQ to see what winning's all about.* And while you may have reasons for waiting, get your entry in by July 12th so you don't get stuck in the August rain.

*Winning is all about valor, not prizes of course.

We're back...and so is Heroscape!

We apologize for the long downtime. We had a server failure and our efforts to restore the service kept getting stymied by issue after issue, most of it not within our control. If you followed the status page while we were down you know some of the story. The important things now are that:

we are back and there was no data loss, and
we're putting a plan in place to try to ensure this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

Part of the plan will involve us moving to a new hosting provider. Details of exactly when are TBD, but "soon."

All of the aside the really big news is that

Heroscape is back!

On June 8th, Renegade Game Studios announced that they are picking up the Heroscape license and will be bringing the game back! Details are still sketchy, but you can read the press release. Time to get hyped!!!

Winter Custom Competition!

Life, death. Good, evil. Undeath, un ... life? Who can say where these lines are drawn, and who can find a straightedge to draw them properly? Do all good things come to an end, or is every ending a new beginning? Now, the real question: can you answer any of these questions? One thing is for sure, the QC3 can only hope to answer these with your help.

This new beginning sees us return to a simpler time: a time when knights were knights and phantoms were nightmares. Check out the QC3HQ for more details and be sure to get your entry in by March 1st to qualify for the fabulous prizes.*

*No, there aren't prizes this time, either. If that's your sort of thing check out Sir HeroScape's Champions' Circle League!
