No luck getting a Skahen

No one ever PMed me from the various threads. No one who I PMed asking for a fig ever replied. I've bid on at least 30 now on eBay and haven't won a single one. I'm feeling frustrated. Is $40 shipped really too low? It seemed reasonable to me but perhaps I do need to go higher. ... I thought the exclusives were supposed to be reasonably cheap afterwards. What gives?

I found two for $41 each shipped and picked them up. it's not ideal by far but it'll have to do for now. I would like to pick up a third one sometime (I like having 3 of every unique, commons varie) but no rush on that.
