This is a neater way of storing my playtests for my customs that I want other people to be able to see. I mostly intend on posting about units that I'd like to submit to the SoV.
Seishin Samurai Undead Samurai that can replace fallen Human Samurai to keep opponents locked down or to reinforce the board.

Single Seishin Samurai vs. Gladiators

It's time for some more fun with the Seishin Samurai! I know not whether the sculpt's availability still holds, but the unit is fun and with the end of the semester here at last, it felt like a great time to go ahead and run another playtest.

GAME SUMMARY:
I led with Crixus and the Capuans while Shiftrex started mobilizing the archers. I tried to stop him from grabbing the dispersed height around the map, but failed to grab a strong foothold due to some early defensive whiffs for the Capuans. Single Seishin Samurai vs. Horned Skull Q10

With the recent resurfacing of the Skeletal Samurai sculpt, my passion for the Samurai has seen a resurgence. Now that availability is better, it's even possible to do a single-spawning version of them as had been suggested ~15 months ago, making them a feasible design once more.

Astro: Tagawa Samurai Archers x6, Seishin Samurai x7 (600)
Leo: Capuan Gladiators x4, Spartacus, Crixus, Achillean Gladiatrix x1 (610)

Note: The Seishin Samurai had only 3 move instead of 4 (Honor Beyond Death also only gave 3 free spaces of movement). They also each spawn by being placed on Samurai Cards, limiting their respawn capabilities, and can only return to the Samurai card for another spawn if they roll a 13 or higher upon death.

SURVIVING UNITS:
8x Tagawa Samurai Archers, 2x Seishin Samurai (3 unspawned)
~320 Points Left (Counting 90 points of unspawned Seishin)

GAME SUMMARY:
Seishin won initiative and got to Gerda first. Leo claimed Valda, but his advancing Gladiators kept dying the next turn after whiffing against TSA potshots, including his Gladiatrix. This continued for a while until Leo got desperate enough...

Army 2: Mohican River Tribe x3, Brave Arrow, Teeth of the Makwa x3, Kira Jax (500)

Note: The Seishin Samurai were played as Common Heroes like their SoV Submission, but with only 3 move instead of 4 (Honor Beyond Death also only gave 3 free spaces of movement). They also each spawn by being placed on Samurai Cards, limiting their respawn capabilities.

Furthermore, per @Leo Ultra 's suggestion, they gained a fourth ability that is pretty similar to the Skeletons of Annellintia. When they're destroyed, the D20 is rolled, and if they get an 11 or higher, then they return to a Samurai Army Card instead of being removed from the game.

Note: Seishin Samurai played as Uncommon Heroes with 3 life. No other changes to the design yet.

6x Seishin Samurai, 1x Seishin Samurai (1 wound)
~140 Points Left

GAME SUMMARY:
I set up a pod to the left near Wannok, but Odzaepher’s knights reached it first. I was still able to position Raelin and stop him from reaching her thanks to a well-placed Seishin, though, and I left this pod up for the majority of the game. Odzaepher managed to whittle down my forces some with Wannok and revive a knight with Recall, but I managed to claim a 7-hex pod on height with my TSA and Raelin, which he struggled to break.
