This is a neater way of storing my playtests for my customs that I want other people to be able to see. I mostly intend on posting about units that I'd like to submit to the SoV.

Current Version of Unit:
Spoiler Alert!

Game Summary:
Zombies and Tagawa quickly converged on Wannok as Raelin flew in for support, letting them quickly clean up the straggling Zombies on the hill. Angi responded by sending in Dünd to try and paralyze my Samurai, but she guessed incorrectly and removed my X instead.

The Kozukes then rushed out and swiftly ended the Zombie Hulk and Dünd before the 10th Regiment managed to kill them all the next turn. The Tagawa and Zombies then duked it out as I took OM1 with Masha to keep Awakened Terror active and discourage Angi from taking turns with her zombies. The 10th kept taking potshots from range, but Masha found the Talisman of Defense and was boosted by Raelin and trees/height, bringing his defense up to a staggering 8 for most of the game.

He shirked off the 10th's efforts most of the time as a result, only taking 1 wound from range (Fiery Retribution didn't trigger). I lost a Tagawa from the other side of the map, which let Tomoe's bonding activate. With Angi's zombies struggling to climb the hill and the 10th whittled down a little bit by Masha, I was able to abuse Wannok and the Raelin/Masha/jungle bushes to stay alive until the end of the game. She did manage to deal 2 wounds to Masha with a bayonet charge from height as soon as he left Raelin's aura for clean-up, but otherwise the game was uneventful.

Which Units Survived?
Tomoe Gozen (no wounds), 2 Tagawa Samurai, Raelin (1 wound), Masha Shingai (3 wounds)
~290 Points

Usefulness of Powers
Really, Masha had little to do with how one-sided this game was. Raelin and the Tagawa/Kozuke did almost all of the legwork, with me being able to stop Angi from having any spaces to use the Zombies' Special Attack. This left her with few options, and she made a tactical error in prioritizing attacking an 8-defense Masha over Raelin many times.

Masha was mostly used for his high base attack (and to incentivize Angi to keep taking turns with the 10th rather than her Zombies while I whittled them away), which he was able to use to kill ~60 points of figures (2 10th Regiment and 1 Zombie). He had about average luck on rolling skulls this time, but he was still able to punch holes in the opposing army while getting his aura into effect.

Awakened Terror did not activate the one time that Masha whiffed his defense from range. It did encourage her to move in with the bayonet charge a couple of times, but thanks to Raelin and the Talisman of Defense, this wasn't very effective.

Angi's Comments:
Masha feels like he should penalize all squads, instead of just common ones. It makes more sense and has more room for strategy, so I liked playing against that version more.

The only reason that he felt unfair was because Raelin and a lot of other defense boosters were with him, so it was more of my poor strategy than anything else that led to him being frustrating to work with.
