Let's Buy Some New Heroscape
"Let's go buy the latest Heroscape release." If feels so good to be able to say that.
AGE OF ANNIHILATION: Vanguard Edition is live on Hasbro Pulse, Hasbro's version of Kickstarter. You can go there now to pledge your support for the newest Heroscape master set, which looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! New units, new factions, new terrain, and exclusive promos!
Nearly 1000 people have already pledged their support, so if this sounds interesting to you (and I know it does!) go to the Pulse website and check it out! There are lots of great pictures and information there.
If this really takes off, there are even stretch goals available. Who wants more Sgt. Drake Alexander? I do! and I bet you do too.

Needed painted minis or a lower price, or both. Going with the neon colors while apparently still trying to snag the adult game market was also probably a mistake. (although I personally hate grey minis at any level.)
