Road to the Underdark (Heroscapers.com Exclusive Scenario)
Jotun woke with a start, cheek hurting where he had used a fallen tree as a pillow. "What's that smell?" he thought. Small folks were approaching, and with them the telltale stench of magic. "Guard the Scar me orders are," muttered the sleepy giant, and grabbing his sword he headed to work...
This is the prequel to the campaign presented in the D&D Heroscape Master Set. It can be download here:

Road to the Underdark and the other scenarios at playdnd.com are just a sampling of the potential for D&D Scape scenarios. We all look forward to seeing what fun dungeon crawling adventures you the fans brew up. Have fun!
Road to the Underdark was worked on by the design team and playtesters behind D&D Heroscape. This scenario is available exclusively at heroscapers.com. A big thanks to Malechi as well, who created the glyph graphics for us.

The download works, but you can't do a "save linked file" type of download. You have to click on the link, wait for it to load the PDF in your browser, and *then* do a "save" or "save as" to get it onto your computer.

I'm not trying to use any save options - all I do is hit the download button, then after 10 to 15 seconds I get the error message. I had no problem at all downloading the other scenarios from playdnd.com, but the link here won't work for me.

I wish I could help you Sphere - my problem was that it appeared nothing was happening after clicking the Download button, but after a few minutes of patience the PDF finally appeared and I was able to save it.
I'm not sure how these scenarios work yet, but thank you guys very much for the bonus content! It's awesome how this site has become so deeply interwoven with the official work behind the game, yet disappointing that many players are still unaware of its existence. I think if the official website were updated with a banner link to this site, things would be much better off. |

Sphere, I had to try it over and over and finally it just decided to work.

Sphere,
I was having the same problem. I'm using Firefox and clicking the DownloadHelper addon button dropdown after clicking the Download link allowed me to access the PDF. Still not sure why I needed to...... |

I hear the comment in the flavor text regarding the Scar. Could this be from the D&D campaign the Chaos Scar? It would make sense.

I finally got lucky this evening; after more than a dozen failed attempts over the last several days I managed to download it.
I'm still baffled why I had so much difficulty downloading this particular file. I often upload and download even larger files in the course of my work, from various sites. And I've downloaded other large files from here before, with no difficulties. Alls well that ends well, I guess. If anybody out there has given up, I'll join with the others who say just keep trying. |

I played this scenario and it was very fun. Trying to keep every one alive is a bit different than just going out and slaying everything. Lucky this map just "incapacitates" the figures that have taken hits past their alloted life count.
I have already made my WItherwood glyph too. Hooray for double sided tape! |

Does this conect to the first map in the Ancient Sanctum scenario? I mean physically. Where should it be connected?
Thanks. |

Pretty sure the exit of the prequel connects to the entrance of the first dungeon and so on and so forth for the whole campaign.

Yes, I figured as much and I've set up all five maps connected and it works quite well. Just wondering if I had it set up exactly as intended or not.

You mean six maps right? There's Wizards "Othkurik's Throne" That I threw on to the last of the rooms.

Looking at the senario, I can't seem to figure out where the glyph goes. Does anyone else see it?
