C3G Strategy Guide
Echo (Maya Lopez)
Author: Lazy Orang

Echo is often overlooked in favour of newer, flashier, more exciting cards which might also seem stronger. However, with a little analysis, I think I can demonstrate that Maya can be as strong and as exciting to play as some of the best units out there.

Analyzed Statistics

Left Box Breakdown
Species – Human (Slight synergy in a few areas, such as civvies, Rover, Alfred and cloning. It is also worth noting that being human also has something of a downside in C3G—as the most common species in the game, including a human such as Echo in a Star-Lord build curtails your options more than almost any other figure. It should be noted, however, that vigilantes...

Game of Thrones - The Last Winter? Official Playtest Version

Posted September 13th, 2017 at 10:31 AM by kolakoski
Updated October 9th, 2017 at 01:57 PM by kolakoski

Well met!

chas and I unofficially ran a play test on 9/11, and the version below is the result, which will be "officially" play tested on 9/20.

Game of Thrones

The Last Winter?

There was going to be a battle for the fate of the Seven Kingdoms. Once the Undead were defeated (if they were), then there was going to be another battle for the fate of the Seven Kingdoms. And, because of Cersi's madness, the second battle could well begin before the first was over.

From The Tyrian Khronicles.

Long ago friend

Long ago friend

I’ve never had a boat load of friends, just a few true real ones. Yesterday I bumped into the guy who’d been my best friend growing up.

We came from a small town. We went to the same school and became friends in grade 7 because most of the other kids took the bus and we walked home together. Okay, obviously that’s not the real reason we became friends. We saw life the same way, were interested in the same things and were lonely.

He was heavily into hockey but he had a bad home life. His father was a beater and a drunk and smacked around his whole family. My father was a beater and sober – he beat us occasionally and mostly just shouted at us. Perhaps it was this common pain that drew us together.

We did all the normal things that kids do- explored nearby wood lots, played sports and games and stood up for each at school. It was grade 7 and 8 and things were just getting serious- girls were becoming girls...

Why I have NOT left the Codex.

Greetings, gamers, writers, designers, builders, enthusiasts, general fans, and unknown lurkers. Greetings HeroScapers. Do not be alarmed by the title. I simply felt the sudden urge to set a few things in stone. Or in virtual data files. Nah. Stone sounds better.

A few minutes ago, I finished reading Xotli's only blog post. In that post, he detailed why he left the C3V, and I highly encourage you to read it. Not because I want you all to judge the C3V; because it is highly enlightening on how to run anything fan-made, which is the entire base for this whole site.

I'm going to address a few points in that blog post here, so I recommend you read his post first. It's not necessary, but his thoughts seem to be a lot more organized than mine likely will be, so you will probably get a better picture of things by reading his blog first.

In his post, Xotli details how (some) aspects of the C3V work. It made me realize that the general public really doesn't...
