Hello all, here at heroscapers.com we heard word that there was something going on with the customer support for Heroscape queries. I sent an email to Chris Dupris who has always been our contact man at Hasbro when calling or emailing them in an effort to resolve rule questions or disputes. Chris returned my email and now I am in turn alerting all of you to what exactly is going down. Chris writes, in an email to me:

Hello again Truth,

Thanks for contacting Hasbro with your question on Heroscape. I'm more than happy to help!

Yes, you are correct, a piece of Heroscape support has moved to the Wizards of the Coast team. Let me try to explain.

As it used to work, I was the only dedicated Customer Service support for Heroscape. However, Heroscape has become too large for one person to handle. To that end, we have moved the Customer Service aspect of Heroscape to our partners at Wizards of the Coast. These guys are great when it comes...

Win A Free Nerak!

Still looking for that pesky snowbound critter? Have his large eBay prices caused him to allude your grasp? Well here is your chance to put him in your stocking! Heroscaper, Auralerogeny has teamed up with Heroscaper, AgentX-127 and they are offering up Nerak as a prize in their Meta-Map contest. Auralerogeny writes:

"Every Christmas, many of us travel to our families and must leave our obsession behind us. NO MORE! Now, with the wonderful "Meta-Map," HeroScape can travel with us! Now we can pack a small amount of material and figures into our luggage and bring the fun to the family.

During the Holidays, the dining room table is used for it's original intent -- eating! The Meta-Map doesn't have to live on the dining room table. It's quick to set up and break down, and is small enough to fit on an end-table, a coffe table, a TV dinner tray, or a large Lazy Suzan. The Meta-Map...

Wave 6 Review

Wave 6 is here! And what an expansion it is! I believe it marks a couple of shifts in the game we all know and love. Namely the beautiful paint jobs. The figures we all saw at GenCon were not misleading; wave 6 is in fact that gorgeously painted. It seems the folks at Hasbro are fine-tuning the art of HeroScape. We also have the undead zombies, which in my opinion suggest a maturing of the target audience. It's a nod to the very core of the online community we have here at heroscapers, as we have been creating our own zombies for heroscape for the last two years.
HEROES OF DURGETH
The pack includes Ke-Mo-Shi, the marro witch that was brought to us by a young heroscaper who won a contest put on by Hasbro. She designed Ke-Mo-Shi as a green bodied purple haired creature that was controlling Raelin in the comic style ads used to promote heroscape. The guys at Hasbro decided to make Ke-Mo-Shi a marro and so have given her a green staff and purple hair so that the young girl's...

...and the zombies

Posted December 4th, 2006 at 06:13 PM by truth
Updated April 14th, 2008 at 04:23 PM by truth
They were found in the army builder on .com

Zombies of Morindan

HORDE MOVEMENT
You may move up to 6 Zombies of Morindan that you control each turn. However, you may attack with only 3 Zombies of Morindan. You may attack with any 3 Zombies of Morindan, even Zombies of Morindan that you did not move this turn.
ZOMBIE ONSLAUGHT SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 6.
Three Zombies of Morindan on the same level may combine their attacks and roll their attack dice as one attack. All Zombies of Morindan in the attack must be engaged to the targeted figure.
ZOMBIES RISE AGAIN
If a Zombie of Morindan that you control destroys an opponent's small or medium figure, replace that figure immediately, if possible, with one of your own previously destroyed Zombies of Morindan. Newly placed Zombies of Morindan cannot attack this turn. Undead are not affected by Zombies Rise Again.
