I wish I could honestly say that I am proud to present these 15 amazing new custom cards to you, but I honestly canīt...
You see, I had nothing to do with their creation. Nope! Didnīt do a thing... What I can honestly say, is that Iīm proud to, in my own small way, be a part of the C3G Project that made the cards.
I started posting in the design threads about a year ago, was offered a place on the Executive Review Board a few months later, and a little over a month ago, I accepted the job of C3G Promotions Director. This wonderful job involves the task of previewing and presenting all the fantastic things these guys do, and getting to bask a little in their glory...
Since itīs beginnings the project has grown to a good sized group of people who work together to design, playtest, and fine tune some of the best super hero customs youīll find anywhere, with absolutely awesome, official looking cards, while still having time to kid around and have a good time.
A lot of creativity and hard work has gone into making these cards, a carefully selected set, thatīs been on itīs way to you since spring this year. It has a little bit of everything; Good guys and bad guys, common squads and unique heroes, struggling earthbound mortals and cosmic characters who call the entire universe their playground...
Follow this link to to the Promotions Departmentīs Front Page, where youīll find a full list of links to all the cards:
C3G WAVE 4: THE FIGHT AGAINST FEAR!
Cheers and a very merry X-Mas! (no, there are no mutants in this set)

These cards are awesome. I know that a lot of people are really into them because they expand ComicScape, but I love how some of these cards work to help out Classic Scape, too. All the Ninjas and Deadeye Dan thank you kindly.

Loving it. I've been using the cards for a few weeks now. Kilowog is a must have with any Green Lantern army.
I love the comic. Whitey is the man! |

As hilarious as it is, I think the reavers will actually kind of suck with the GL's, since they're so mobile, they don't generally need to have figures tied down. Hmm....

Great job as usual on the comic Whitey! Very awesome
A lot of great units here folks. I've been using most of them for quite a while in playtesting and have been having a blast with them. |

It's funny thinking of a Lantern reading from a book he imagined into being. I bet he loves the author.

I gotta tell you C3g guys that I love your work. I have all the cards printed out and laminated and your customs have re-inviorated our Hersocape game nights. We have a board set aside for superhero battles and our last game's Thor and team vs Thanos and co. was epic.
That being said, can you guys work to use less expensive figures? Kilowog, Guy Gardner, and Sinestro are all in the $20.00 and up range and therefore out of my budget. Other than that I can't say enough good things about your super hero customs. Please keep up the good work. Thanks |

PJ Keller, price is something we always consider, but when there is only one option we gotta go with it.

There's a cheaper (Red Lantern) Guy Gardner that just came out and a cheaper blue suit Sinestro (which I have and use myself) that you can use for proxies. Proxies are highly encouraged for C3G when it comes to units you can't or just don't want to buy. We tend to use the ones that look best on the card when possible, though. But we also have art sides to the cards!
For most characters, it's a choice between using the one figure Heroclix has, regardless of price, or not making the character at all. |

Time for a rumble ... nice work!

Yeah...price is sometimes an issue... luckily I have a figure for each of the lanterns now (Guy [I'll use orange, woops, I mean red ], John, Kyle, and Hal). I also have a Sinestro luckily enough. If you want the rares, buy some Heroclix booster packs and see what you get.

I'm really impressed with the wave design and presentation. I wonder why you've decided to stick with the 4 boosters per wave format, but it works really well here.
Awesome, professional job. |

We're sticking with a 15 units per release, which get distributed into boosters according to common/unique status. This time around it made up 4 boosters, but in the future it could be 3 boosters.
