A cat celebration

I know some folks aren’t fond of stores about pets dying, so you are forewarned. Go no further. Do not pass through this rusty gate to the dream cemetery beyond.

Five days ago I lost the best friend I’ve ever had. He was a cat. He was seventy-six years old in human years. We had to euthanize him and he died in my arms. His kidney’s had failed, and everything else was shutting down too.

I have taken the loss rather hard. I am the person who takes care of everyone you see, but he was the one who took care of me. We took care of each other. Some cats are lumps- they sleep, eat, poop. My friend was completely interactive- he was always up to something, whether it was playing a trick on me or curling up in my lap. When I was sick it was he who snuggled with me and cheered me up.

The thing that has helped the most was having a celebration of his life- we sat around, looked at photos of him and told the stories of his life. ...

The Goblins entered the Savage Land expecting death at every turn, but, over the millennia, the land had healed, and all that was left for them to do was to tear down the old ruins and, eschewing the cursed stone, rebuild . . .

Start Zones are as before

The center is higher, and has short Towers

Gateways are lower
