Sorry for the belated celebration, but it is difficult to get this thing together since I work at Week@Heroscapers by myself. *hint* *hint*

The 1x BftU Challenge (Map Creation Contest)
To turn to lighter news, Typhoon2222 has created a map making contest using solely the Battle for the UnderDark (DnD) Master Set. Now he is ready for votes. Votes are due by January 21st! Refer to the quote below:

Thanks for posng the SoV announcement.
I'd like to add that all SoV judges get "access" to the C3V Inner Sanctum because of the merger guidelines. So if we choose you as a SoV judge, you will get to peek in on what is going on in the C3V. So get those apps in to me, and let Fanscape rule!!  |

Online play is getting easier and easier, thanks to Filthy's fantastic upgrades to the dice-rolling app (now the dice rolling and OM revealing and chap window app), and Kinseth's pioneering of the use of google docs to create an interactive map.
The new online Heroscape league is getting started; we're having a 7-game regular season with a different format each week, followed by playoffs for the top 4. |

As someone who did write W@HS almost entirely on my own for nearly a year I would definitely recommend applying for the position. It's very hard work to do on your own, so I really feel for Megasilver here. But at the same it is very rewarding, and you would be doing an incredible service to the community.
