Wizard's Put Exoskeleton Markers in the Wrong Pack

The upcoming Wave D3 pack - Valkrill's Legion - was supposed to contain Exoskeleton Markers for use with the Mezzodemons. The Mezzodemon's card text refers to these markers.

It has come to our attention that those Exoskeleton Markers were instead put in the pack - Icewind Scourge.

So this means that for every pack of Valkrill's Legion that you purchase you must also purchase a pack of Icewind Scourge to have access to the needed Exoskeleton Markers. Wizards has not told us how their customer service will handle complaints about this. I imagine that if the company has any integrity at all they will provide the missing markers free of charge upon request...

As long as you buy in case quantities, or from Auggies, or at least the same number of Common and Uncommon packs...

Thanks Truth for giving us all the heads up!

Such stupidity.

I'm glad I bought four cases of them, so I don't have to worry.

ROFL! +REP for Truth!

They're doing right by Betrayal on House on the Hill's bad tiles, so I'd imagine they'll do well by HSers. That being said, their QA department needs someone fired.

So if I bought from Auggie's, I should be okay, right?

I got even numbers of both packs so it's no thing to me...

But this is still CLASSIC WotC. It almost like if it's not DnD or MtG they just say:

"Screw it, toss whatever we got on the cutting room floor together and push it out the door. It's not our 'core brand' anyway so who gives a crap?"

Bunch of jokers.

Now now now. Wizards is a reputable company that will listen, honor, and promptly reply to any customer complaint - especially when regarding a young upstart brand as their Heroscape line. Oh wait! WOTC sucks and their quality control is weak.

Someone else please chime in: would mistakes like this occur in releases for D&D or Magic?

This is just embarrassing. WotC drops the line out of the blue with tons of of unfinished threads, doesn't even give us some reprints, and screws up the last wave. Good job guys.
