Image of the Week.
Filthy the Clown brings us one of the most amazing customs to grace this site in months with his LED light up Greater Ice Elemental. I love the uniqueness of the custom and the sheer creativity that was put into the unit. He even included step by step instructions for creating your own. Additional images and the instructions can be found here.
Custom of the week.
This is the second time that we have featured Dok's Zombie Hulk as our as our custom of the week, and there is good reason. The Zombie Hulk is the first unit to be accepted by the Soldier's of Valhalla!
Click here for a larger image of the Zombie Hulk.

Map of the Week.
One of the first ever Heroscapers members, R˙chean, has created a map that is a personal favorite of mine. His map, Mayan Ruins, shows a great combination of height, line of sight blockers and ruins to capture the effect that you are in a sweltering hot jungle looking at an amazing set of Mayan Ruins. This map takes 1 RotV, 1 Ticalla Jungle and 1 Fortress of the Archkyrie. You can see more of R˙chean's work here.
Necro of the Week.
This week's necro was kindly suggested to me by Megasilver and contains some of the most hilarious threads from the olden days of Heroscapers.com. Be sure to check out The 5ive! by Markwars.
Scaper of the Week Interview #64 - tom.

Great custom, Dok! Nitpick: under Paralysing Fear, shouldn't it read 'engaged with,' rather than 'engaged to?' The image of a Zombie Hulk as a member of a formal wedding party is pretty surreal!

Second, most likely.
Cool; keep up the great customs! |

What the? who put this together?
That map is probably the most range friendly map I have ever put on this site, and that is saying something. |

Nice to see some old school love. And remember, all SOV-accepted units are as much a part of quasi-official Fanscape as the C3V! Tournament Directors, take note!

@chas: "to" would be appropriate, but since engagement is a mutual condition, "with" is appropriate as well. It doesn't suddenly refer to marriage when the preposition changes. I actually can't find a precedent for either version on an existing card, although "adjacent to" is all over the place.
There are a couple other small typos on that version of the card, which will be corrected shortly, along with the addition of a SoV logo. |

That map looks awsome. I may try it this weekend. Haven't played sense Chaos in the Catacombs came out.

Given the amount of activity on this site I have a hard time believing that the game is dead.
