So @LoveElemental is coming to Clevland tomorrow. Hopefully she'll have a good time. I know I will. She's going to be in town until the 28th. We gotta make all the best time from it.

We were considering going to the casino to play the pennyslots... she's lucky, but we're both broke 20-somethings. Maybe she'll turn a $10 profit.

We do want to play some Heroscape while we're together. And some other games I've bought over the years, for example I'm super excited to play Twilight Struggle with her. I also want to give Summoner Wars an honest go, but I'm ok if we don't get to that.

As a more plasticrack-birthday present to myself, I've gone ahead and ordered this guy from miniature market.

Tonight, four 'Scapers managed to get a four player FFA using online scape.

We played on Six Points by Dignan. 2 Valdas, 360 points a player. The goal was to deal damage, and if you were the last player alive, you scored 50% more points for surviving.

The game came down to me and Kevin, but he had to many figures for me to cut down.

I played Bahadur, Isamu, Greyspears, and Darkclaws.

LE played 10th Regiment, Marcus, and Guilty.

Kev played Nicky, Thralls, and a squad of Venocs.

AYP played Zetacron, Blade Dancers, and Phantom Knights.

It was a fun game!

I’ve been slowing down a bit lately. Slowing my eating habits, slowing how fast I drive, and slowing how fast I move. I’m not old at all, a healthy 24 year old. Maybe I’m just growing up?

I’ve also slowed down on Heroscape, but I’ve always had spurts where I was less interested in it. Maybe I’m just burned out. Having 3 events in 3 months really takes its toll when you have other stuff going on too. The events were fun of course, so there is no harm there. The next event is in late October. That’s probably for the best, I need some time away from competitive ‘scape.

The trip to visit @LoveElemental was actually fantastic. She’s due to visit later on in the year, mostly just waiting to get some money to do so. I can say we were happy though. Very happy.

Well, I’m gonna head off now. I’m sure my omelette will be coming out anytime now. Mmmm, cheese and egg.

So tomorrow evening I'll be on a vacation to Washington (the one with Seattle, not The President). That's going to be fun, since I'll be visiting with Love Elemental. I'll be there for just under a week, and we're already planning on spending a lot of time in her Air Conditioned house.

We don't have A/C here, or at least, it's not in the actual window. I was blasting the A/C in my van. It felt good, since an air conditioner is the only way to stave off humidity heat. Boy that's terrible.

I've also packed some good ol' Heroscape. Nothing too major, just an SotM, an RotV box with random terrain, and the RotV figures. I might have the Marvel Heroes in the box with the RotV guys too. That's...
