You may have heard of the Public Access Guest Program a while back, but then it seemed like it disappeared. Well, now Public Access is almost here, and it's high time you got some details about it.

The Public Access Guest Program will grant two members of the public temporary access to the C3V Inner Sanctum. These two guests will be staggered: for example, if Guest 1 were to join in January, Guest 2 would join in February, then, in March, Guest 1 would be replaced. The guest leaving the Inner Sanctum will make a list of candidates for the next guest spot. This list is then reviewed by the ERB. Finally, the Inner Sanctum members vote within 48 hours, and the winner will be the next C3V Guest Member.


Positions that are open to Public Access Members are:

• Designer
• Editor
• Artist
• Fiction Writer

Guests will be allowed to choose which department they wish to join, but they will have full access to the Inner Sanctum regardless.

To be eligible, you must be an active member in either the C3V or SoV community by playtesting, contributing ideas, etc. At the end of your stay you will have to leave the Sanctum, and your access is revoked. But, who knows? You could always become a Guest Member again later. Also, when a spot for permanent membership comes open, you can bet that those Guest Members who did outstanding jobs will be first in our thoughts.
