Spring is in the air. Flowers are budding, worms are coming out and devouring small or medium figures from beneath, and treants are roaming the forests.

That's where you come in! Put together a unit for one of one of these treant miniatures for your shot at the fabulous prizes*.

C3V Public Playtesting Forum is open for business!

Are you always looking forward to the next C3V wave release, feeling like it can't get here soon enough? We at C3V,pride ourselves in bringing the best product we can to the fans of Heroscape. We need your help! We are asking for additional playtesters and their feedback on units.

These forums will have anywhere from 8+ units in a prototype form. Think of it as a way to get a sneak peak at new units, and an opportunity for input to help move the unit along to being released. Your playtest results can greatly shape the outcome of a unit.

Map building is alive and well again, and the ARV comes to you with another map building contest to test your prowess at cartography. This contest's theme was pre-posted sot that you could begin preparing designs and thinking about what you want to do. You'll have roughly 2 weeks to prepare before submissions open so that you'll have more time to design and playtest before submitting.

Remember to keep map design focused on the theme. We STRONGLY suggest you look at basing your map builds off of Heroscape Lore for this contest (check the compendium for reference). Landmarks are very specific ... so we're looking for some creativity as well as accuracy.

Greetings from the Codex, and welcome to another front page announcement! A while back, I contacted all the members of the old Codex who were still in the group and asked if they were interested in contributing. One who replied was Hex_Enduction_Hour, and the result is that the Codex once again has an artist!

We intend to release HEH’s art on front page announcements like these, and eventually articles as well. Being in a blog format isn’t very conducive to art, unfortunately (due to formatting issues, the art takes up the whole width of the blog ... so, no art on the sidebars), but I think we can start putting art on the bottom of some articles. We need to sort some things out before that happens,...
