Wizard's Put Exoskeleton Markers in the Wrong Pack

The upcoming Wave D3 pack - Valkrill's Legion - was supposed to contain Exoskeleton Markers for use with the Mezzodemons. The Mezzodemon's card text refers to these markers.

It has come to our attention that those Exoskeleton Markers were instead put in the pack - Icewind Scourge.

So this means that for every pack of Valkrill's Legion that you purchase you must also purchase a pack of Icewind Scourge to have access to the needed Exoskeleton Markers. Wizards has not told us how their customer service will handle complaints about this. I imagine that if the company has any integrity at all they will provide the missing markers free of charge upon request...

1025 figures and counting

Posted November 20th, 2011 at 02:39 AM by Ztimster
This is my first blog entry. I just took the few hours it takes to sort all my army cards alphabetically and then enter them into a spreadsheet. I then laid out all my figures in squads and took inventory on those and placed that in the spread sheet. The final count was 1025 with a few missing cards and a few cards without figures (very sad).

I just ordered 500 10 mil sleeves to protect my cards and plan to heat seal the ends to make them water tight (for all those late night games in the rain).

Heroscape Accessories

Through out the ages of collectable gaming there has always been the "accessory". Accessories are defined as items that are nonessential but desirable, in that they contribute to effect or result.

We have just seen our first official accessory release in the Valkyrie dice and dice bags included with the Flag Bearers. But we've had non-official accessories floating around for some time now.

Magic the Gathering and other collectable card games have their card sleeves, card boxes, and card binders. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to walk into a hall of CCG (collectable card game) players, and find a player without his cards in sleeves. And why not, they protect a valuable investment. (Value is in the eye of the beholder.)
HeroScape has developed its equivalent to the card sleeve. House Mouse Games sells a HeroScape sized card sleeve. And they work...

Image of the Week:

Our Image of the Week comes to us from Heroscaper Dragonslayer. In the spirit of Autumn and falling leaves, Dragonslayer brings us Dragon Slaying in the Fall. It's an older piece, but colorful nonetheless for the spirit of the season. This and other figure modifications, as well as some great artwork, can be found in the Gallery section. Check out Dragonslayer's wonderful Marvel works as well as contributions from regulars such as Retlaw and Hex_Enduction_Hour.
