Acolytes of Vorganund
Eberron's temples are built to worship many gods. Valiant, vindictive, treacherous, mischievous; there is a deity for every seeker. The Acolytes of Vorganund serve only the most foul demons, sacrificing themselves to further the cause of chaos and destruction.

The figures used for this unit are Pathfinder figures. The first two are from the Deadly Foes set. Their names are Thrune Enforcer and Priest of Asmodeus. The third is from the Legends of Golarion set. Its name is Thrune Agent.

Tombstone Gunslinger
General Vydar has turned to the Old West once more. Depending on his mood, he's been known to summon both lawmen and outlaws from the dusty saloons of Texas. This time, he's found hired guns who don't care for much beyond taking out their latest bounty.

The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Elseworlds set. The figure name is Gun Fighter (or Gunfighter) The figure is also available with a different face as Clockwork Man.

12th Caucasus Rifles
Russia's winters are notoriously bitter. They can drain you, body and soul, if you're not accustomed. But what makes a Russian winter even worse is when it's paired with a gas grenade. The 12th Caucasus Rifles are masters at waging this cruel chemical warfare, which can leave you choking for breath and vulnerable to gunfire.

The figures used for this unit are Pathfinder figures from the Reign of Winter set. The names of the figures used are Russian Soldier and Russian Machine Gunner.

As we continue through Wave 22, we hope that you're getting excited for us to fill in the holes that some recent figures have dug. Expect to see an Outsider squad, more Outsider heroes, a Demon or two, a whole mess of Goblins, some more gunslingers from Earth and beyond, and more.
These last few packs have been coming pretty quickly, and that's been thanks to some great playtesting from you guys. Keep it coming!

Some really unique figures this time!
The 12th are definitely the standout though. The fact that you use their SA before attacking normally as opposed to instead makes all the difference.  ~TAF |

Feels like an awesome pack !!
C3V is adding a lot to the cow-boy "faction" (that wasn't even really one before..!) I am quitte surprises with the formulation of the last sentences on the Acolytes, any specific reason to this reverse condition ? |

Thanks for the answer. I though it might also be due to some corner cases that won't be addresses with some "easier" formulations. I don't want to go in any sort of custom design debate here, but what's wrong with such formulation : Quote:
[...]If you do so and no figure, besides the Bound Hero, received wounds or was destroyed during the Bound Hero's turn, then you must destroy an Acolyte of Vorganund you control.

We had something similar originally, but in playtesting some found it confusing. If memory serves, there were originally more conditions that made it more muddled. |

I liked the Acolytes from their initial design. Think they ended up in a pretty good spot. Cheap, and slightly unique take on bonding.
The Gunslinger has a couple nice takes on synergy as well. Hopefully the Lawmen get something to match, so we can have legitimate shootouts! 12th Rifles seem decent enough for a 2-person squad. Slightly higher than average stats and an extra attack. Took me a couple reads to realize the grenade itself can deal damage (rather than only reducing defense), on top of the two normal attacks, and that's pretty cool. |
