HEROES OF THE DARK LAKES
The Heroes of the Dark Lakes booster brings you a couple of outlaws from Utgar and Vydar: a tech-savvy dwarf that enhances Utgar's Soulborgs, and new agents from Arctorus to add to Vydar's forces.
GARRETT BURNS
The law has been looking for the murderer Garrett Burns for a long time. Once, a group of three Texas Rangers tracked him to the Mexico border, and cornered him in a box canyon. Another time, two federal marshals with a local sheriff stumbled onto his campsite near Cheyenne. They didn't stand a chance; Garrett gunned them all down.

JOSIE WHISTLESTOP
Josie learned at a young age that a girl finding her own way alone in the world had to be quick. She didn't have the fanciest six-shooters in the west, or the long rifles some of the other gunslingers carried, but there was nobody faster. Nobody.

BEORN BOLTCUTTER
As everybody knows, dwarves are good with machines. Utgar summons a specialist, both to help him keep his army of robots in fighting trim, and to sabotage the devices employed by his foes.

Love the new Outlaws. Quick Draw is a fun power and Quick Shot is a great translation of C3G's Assault Rifle power - and Assault Rifle is CRAZY fun, so it's cool to see it ported over to the Classic universe.
Beorn is the biggest surprise for me. Firstly, that he's working with Utgar - makes sense but still, surprising. Moreover, the ability to Upgrade units is really novel. Should have some interesting applications, and great flavor to boot! |

I love the 35 point filler. It gets boring having to use Guilty+Isamu for some armies.

These are some awesome powers and abilities. My favorite has to be quick draw. Fantastic idea.
I'm also very impressed by upgrade...not sure I want the dwarf in Utgar but great character. I'm very impressed. |
