Noob rule questions

Can't seem to find anything on these subjects.

I know these are very noob questions. I don't know anyone who plays so there is no one to ask.

When attacking with a squad. I know you can move then attack with each piece of the squad. When you attack the squad. do you get to attack each piece or just 1. if you get to attack all 3-4 squad members when attacking with someone like Q9's special attack. do you get to roll 3 sets of 3 dice for each member of the squad?

also can someone point me to any reading on playing with multiple squads of the same. I am just trying to figure out if you have 2 sets of the same squad how do you keep track of what card the squads belong to.

Each member of a squad gets to attack if they were moved. When activating a Hero, you only get to use their attack once. In Q9's case, you get to roll 9 total dice (often 3 sets of 3) once per turn.

You don't. When you activate a common card, you may move and attack with any of the same figures on that card. For example, if I have two sets of Blade Gruts (8 total figures) and I activate a turn marker on either card, I may pick any 4 of my 8 Gruts and move/attack with them. The 4 figures I choose to move must be the 4 figures I attack with, however.

Hello Billgod, welcome to the site. I will try and answer some of your questions. If I read this correctly, for example if I am using Q9, I do not get 3 shots of 3 dice at each member of your squad. I only get three shots of three dice total and can chose whichever target I want for each of those three shots among any member of your squad in my range. Does that make sense? So you do not get 9-12 shots, only three, period.

If you have multiple squads of the same, let us go with 4th massechusetts line for an example. You basically only need one card no matter how many squads you have of them. with a turn marker on the 4th mass you get to move any 4 of those guys (or how ever many go with a card for other squads) whether they actually go with "that" card or not. But you have to attack with the same ones you designated to move. Now with the next order marker on that, you could move 4 completely different ones or attack with four completely different ones. Does that make any sense? I will try and clarify if it doesnt.

Thanks guys that helps out a lot. I just found this game and picked it up at the store. Me and all my friends cant quit playing it now. Glad to find a forum with an active community.
