Agent Carr Concept Pic?

A while back there was a picture speculated to be either Agent Carr or a future release of his nemesis or something like that. I can't find it right now, but would like to use it as the basis for a character for my class project. So if anyone can show me where to find it, it would be much appreciated.

It was in the thread confirming Bob Naismith as a sculptor. I think they got pulled from his website, but I could be mistaken.

I dont think it was supose to be Carr... I think it was one of the figures comming in the future waves that were announced... at least there was a post that changed me to thinking that a few weeks ago... I forget what post it was.
