From the official FAQ

Rannveig (Wind): Included in the "Snipers and Vipers" set. All Figures with the Flying special power lose this power and cannot fly while standing on the Glyph of Rannveig.

If you want to get really technical "Flying" does not equal "Stealth Flying", so you could argue that Rannveig doesn't affect Stealth Flying. Of course you would loose the arguement since it should be obvious that the intent was to stop all flying.

Remember the only difference between Flying and Stealth Flying is the leaving engagement swipe. Stealth Flying isn't some sort of "super" flying that can overcome Rannveig winds.

EDIT - Guess I was typing this while Aranas was submitting his response -- hopefully the FAQ will be updated soon.

I thought of this question a while ago. The best answer I can give is that if you look at both flying and stealth flying, they both have the word fly in the descriptions. As opposed to Stealth Leap, or grapple Gun or any other ability that lets you ignore elevation and terrain.
