Kelda question

Can you use Kelda to heal a friendly figure that is in base contact with an opponents character? I looked under search and did not see it.

Not quite sure what you mean by "in base contact" -- do you mean, can Kelda heal a friendly figure when that figure is engaged?

Regardless, the answer is yes. Kelda's ability doesn't put any restrictions on the location of the Hero she's trying to heal, as long as SHE is adjacent to it.
