Battlestations: Midway
I was thinking about picking this up, and wanted to know if anyone has tried it. I'd download the demo but I'm on dial up. It would be a leasurely 18 hr download! I loved Jane's Fleet Command but that didn't have a first person interactive element. I'm not real sure that you can mix broad scale strategy with first person action. At least, I don't think I seen it done well yet. What do you guys think?

Haven't played it, but by reading the reviews and scanning through the screenshots, it looks like an excellent game with gorgeous graphics. I say rent it and see how you like it.

Battlestations of PC
PC, so I can't rent it. And barely inside the envelope here. 2GHz AMD with off the shelf video. I'd really like to get ahold of that demo...
