Replacement cards from Hasbro... official or photocopied?
Early on, when folks would send in requests to Hasbro to have HS cards replaced, there were many complaints that the cards they were sent were black and white photocopies.
Is this still the case? Has anyone requested a replacement for a damaged or missing army card and received the real thing? And has this been going on for a while now, and I'm just completely oblivious to it? do you think hasbro should sell the cards, for people who have ripped/damage cards?
Like the offical one for like a $1. Becuase my chincilla got a hold of my rule book and my road gaurdian thing from forgotten forest (forget name)

JPX, they do sell replacement parts over at Hasbro CS, and as far as I know that includes cards. A while back an expansion I got came with the wrong cards, I contacted customer service and they sent me the correct, official, "real" cardboard army cards.
Guess who's back, back again? Chilli's back. Tell Skahen.

I'm not trying to down Hasbro in any way. I'm just curious why it's so difficult to send actual cards as opposed to the copies that seem so prominent? They're already paying for postage to send the item. Why not send the real deal?
Apologies for my lack of insights. I was wondering if the problem had been resolved. Currently the count is 1 and 1, with an official card and a photocopied card received. In response to JpX above, I do think they should sell replacement cards. This may be problematic for those who actually were jipped a card in their sets. Though really, that's a different matter all together. It's one thing to spill a drink on your card. I just emailed WOTC customer service to get replacements for KidScaper's Kilts & Commando cards. I'll post if, when & how they respond.
