Not at the moment. When the boys are older we'll probably convert one or both of their train tables into a Heroscape table.

That's what I use, a train table. Works great.

I have a table (about 2.5'x8') that is located in my garage, which has become my HS sanctuary. I would love to have a ping pong table....but untill then Im gonna grab a 4x8 piece of plywood and attach it to my table...that should suffice.

I put yes but it should be a kinda. I live in a gated community and we have a closed club house. Usally if we ask for a date to use it they let us use it for free, and it is very nice. It has 2 bathrooms, kitchenet, huge room with 6 tables, and gated pool with spa + parking in the front. Its like our personal heroscape house when we have everything set up.

My room is 14’ x 40’ plus a small offset unfortunately it is currently being used as my wife’s sewing room. So I voted “no” for a dedicated HS area , but someday I will have awesome train/game room .

My son has a very nice setup. He has a beautify older home and he has a third floor room/attic that is fishished . This is his game room. Shelving around the perimeter holds his large game collection with a big dinning room table in middle. This room is referred to as his Lair…and is a very nice set up.

8' x 4' felt covered sheet of plywood in basement with a big shelf from Home Depot for holding the figs, terrain, cards, boxes, etc etc.

It is officially the "Heroscape Area."

My dining room table is the main set up. Which means there's always a map up, except on holidays or dinner events where the table is needed. My mother always complains about looking at the map, but i don't care!

No. Have a 3ft by 6ft table that is moved to the garage, bedroom, livingroom........ come to think of it, wherever the wife isn't currently located!

Re: Dedicated Heroscape setup area?

Hey, I know this is a very old thread, but since I am new to this, I am going through all the old threads and reply to ones that is meaningful for me to have a say. So, I got back into Heroscape after so many years in my old rooms closet after I moved out, because my neices and nephew got into it the other day, ALMOST destroyed it! But, alas, only casualty was one lost dice. Anyway, enough of my backstory, but now I have a designated space near my backdoor and infront of my wifes' computer, (staring into my wifes' eyes as I battle), using 3 small folding tables and one lower medium sized tables. Even though it limits the size of the map, but it helps keep the 'scaping in place where I can continue my campaigns. As of right now, I created three differant maps, using three seperate tables and creating elevated terrain. All my hexes are used. So my Heroscaping continues and my wife is happy that I am out of the way! lol.
