Your game reveiws

Since we have a games section I thoght mybey the gamers might like to donate their game reviews and ideas.

Pikmin1 & 2
I know it's not the worlds best game, but I really liked the concept to it. You lead up to hundred little plant things called pikmin going around killing stuff in collection your ship parts in order to return home. Each pikmin breed has its own specail powers like resistance to fire, eletricty, able to breat water, etc

Pros : I loved leading the giant army in and wiping out other creatures. Graphics were well done, the frams didn't freeze during gameplay due to the large amount of creatures. Very well done in number 2 with the ablilty to record creatures in your logbook. Mytiplayer was neat new additon.

Cons: Its too short. After you collect the parts and other things their is not much for you to do. ytiplayer lacked fun. The only thing you could do was collect marbles. Fun at first but it lagged after a while. Some new mytiplayer modes would have booseted some play value. Maybe something like destroy all of your oppanats pikmin or maybe king of the hill.

What I like to see for future: More mytiplayer stuff, with the wiis new online additon you could play up to 4 player each player each with 25 pikmin.

one for the ds would be cool.

Arm the people! I would like sometype of weapons for the leaders such as Olimar and Loiue. A stun gun would be prefect. It could stun little creatures but have less effects on the larger ones.

Could copuld add a flamethrower and some time of water attack to have "specail" attacks, were you use a certain type of pikmin( such as red and flametrhower) To attack. Imagi=en it you attack with fllames and injure the huge monster while the red pikmin ( who can resist fire) charge threw the flames attacking.

overall it was fun but needed ork a 8 out of 10 is what I would rate it.

please if their is anyother gamers I would like what they think about this reveiw and maybe ppost one of their own.

Your review would be a lot easier to read if you spell-checked it, and maybe capitalized at the beginning of sentences.

Most of my reviews get published in either Knucklebones Magazine or RPG.net, but I might work one up for Battlelore. God, that game is fun.

Hey InfinityMax,

I'd be interested in your take on Battlelore. I'm still on the fence - the 2-player limit is what's holding me back (plus the fact that I've got a few other games - Carcassonne, Caylus, War of the Ring - that I just got but haven't tried yet).

Okay here's a review of Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess...

This latest installment in the Legend of Zelda series is definately revolutionary. The game allows you not only to play as Link in human form, but to enjoy a twilit world in the form of a wolf... This aspect adds a whole new layer not only to the gameplay, but to the story. You start out as a sort of role model for the entire town. At the beginning gameplay is tedious, but if you push through you will be greatly rewarded.
After time you eventually reach the twilight realm. You transform into a wolf and you must find ways to return to normal. Gameplay is similar, but the differences are obvious. In wolf form you must use your senses to reveal hidden holes and other things not viewable to the naked eye.
While this game offers a version with the motion sensitivity of the Wii, it leaves a lot of room for growth and adaption to and for this ability. This game leaves out alot of the tedious things required in the N64's Ocarina of Time. No more carrying princesses to hell and back just to get the crap out of a stinking whale. Most of the tasks required to finish temples seem alot less tedious and more enjoyable.

Yeah that's a poor attempt during school so yeah. I think I did alright for my first review... please criticize it and tell me what to change.

9.5 out of 10 IMO

you could get more descriptive like good things or bad things, and ohter stuff, like if it was to gamecube or wii. But other than that not bad, my had alot of spelling erros so don't feel bad...

Guantlet: 7 Sorrows

reveiw: This game was awesome.... for the first few rounds but became very boring. The gane starts out where you must go after thses guys who betrayed these other guys... ( really seems what i'm talking about huh ) You play as an elf , a chick on steriods, a old mage, and a bad@$$ ax dude.

pros: The game is well done in gameplay and graphics. The sound is really down as well. I can here the bones crurch when you beat the crap out of guys. ( I loved killing my partner just the sound of cruching bone)
Single combat is fun but mytiplayer is where it shines. The upgrade system is fair and really iadds a level rivalry just to get the speacil armor or weapon. Respanw in mytiplayer makes it so you litally have ulimated lives.

Cons: Some of the games levels make no sesne, one minute i'm killing guys in a cave the next i'm in a city with pirates ( wtf do pirates have to do with whole thing to began with. I don't know and i've beaten the game 16 times!)

The lvels desigh was not really challgeing, kill waves of enemys, hit this crystal, go up here and your at the boss. The game overall is just too short.

Their is eighteen levels, none that must be very challgeing if I can beat the game 16 times in a weekend. The worst part is that their is no extras after beating the game, except harder levels and yet they do not purpose a cahllege if you person is on a high enogh level.

I really prefeared the older one better then this one. ON the older ones you had more levels and such. In fact I rented the old one right after I returned 7 sorrows, to drown away my sorrows.

overall 7 out of 8

it was fun, just not very fun at when you spend time with it.
( note it had online play but I did not bother so please if you've played guantlet and disagrre then be my geast and post.)
