Hahma has it right, it's really not a big deal. As we've seen here anyways, people are anxious to playtest this guy, so a day or two really doesn't make a difference. The 48 hour requirement on votes was put in place to move things along when people are away, there's no harm in that. I often find it difficult to catch up on a new design thread that hits 5+ pages after just one day when I return from school or work, but that doesn't hurt the design any and certainly not the voting process.

I don't mean to sound impatient, I'd be happy to a wait a week or more if that's what it takes.

The problem is catching that playtesting window, especially if you live outside the US timezone. It could all start and have three playtesters signed up all while I'm asleep.

It's a bit like trying to snipe an eBay auction, except you don't know when it will end.

I hear you Streaky. Sometimes these votes real quick and sometimes there's a straggler dealing with something in real life that takes them away from the boards for a little while. But the good news is that the vote will pass in 12 hours regardless, though hopefully Margloth shows up before then.

It would be nice if your fellow testers would let you get dibs on one of the three tests for Dredd. That would be the cool thing to do, especially since you've shown a good bit of interest in this design and have the time zone issue that is no fault of yours.

Yeah, saving me a spot would be great, but I don't what to mess with the system you have set up here. If I miss it, I'll be disappointed, but it's not the end of the world. I'll still get the card to play with once it's finished.

As for the timezone thing, I was very close to getting a job in North Carolina back in 2004, but it all fell through. Later that year I met my wife, and we now have 3 kids (the oldest is only 5), so God's plans are always better than mine.

I requested the 3rd test and sent you a PM asking for some clarification on this request but I might as well post it here for a broader discussion. What exactly should I be looking for in terms of issues or concerns when he is included in a Baron Zemo Army?

I think its mostly to check om flex with him. I can't remember what all zemo does and karat is running his test right now so I can't check our card

Basically this is to determine if Dredd's threat level dramatically increases with OM flex. You have Baron Zemo covered so I asked streaky for a Hush or Prof. X test.
