Northwest Annual C3G Event/ 2012

The event will be May 12th, 2012.

You will not have to bring any C3G/Marvel figures or cards, chits, or dice. Just bring yourself and prize valued around $10, or $10. Pre-built armies will be provided and every round players will draft new armies from the unused armies. If you haven't much experience with C3G you will be impressed. WHEN: May 12th at 1:00 pm. Registration will start at 12:30.

WHERE: My place in Battleground. PM me for directions.

FORMAT: Kill 'em all with a time limit of 1hr and 15min. We will play 4-5 rounds with the lower seed having the choice of picking their army first or picking their army after the higher seed. After both armies are chosen the lower seeded player gets to pick the battlefield. You can not use the same army more than once during the event. Completely destroying your opponents army nets 4pts. Winning nets 3pts. Losing nets 2pts. Completely losing your army nets 1pt.

RULES: We will use C3G rules for Lava, Knock back, Secret Identities, Event Heros, and Equipment Glyphs. Try to at least familiarize yourself with these rules prior to the tournament. Everyone should have patience during the gaming as these rules will not be 2nd nature to everyone.

PRIZES: Prizes will be picked in order of final standings. Money brought for the prize can be used to pick from the C3G characters and cards that I have (minus a couple characters that would be too hard for me to replace) at an equivalent value. I will have a list for the value of the characters.

MAPS: All C3G competitive maps will be used. Thank you to those that have offered assistance here.

PRE-BUILT ARMIES: Divided into the two universes: DC and Marvel. Armies range in point value from 1090 to 1120. Once an army has been selected for play, they may not be selected again until all armies have seen battle. All figures are C3G except for the few with an * which means they are from Heroscape.

Well its less of a hassle not to have to worry about keeping track of our own dice and wound markers. So if at all possible I'd just leave my own stuff here but I'm okay if I have to bring em.

I can bring tons of dice, wound markers, C3G glyphs, and almost any squads we need more of . . . to make it easier for people not to worry about bringing anything. I think between the two of us, we will have everything anyone needs covered.
