Hey AV, have you tried just placing your OM's on Leia and letting the Rebels just get plus 2 defense to slow down the Stormtroopers? Mathamatically I don't think it would work though. But just wondering...

I think once I have enough time, I am going to play through with a bunch of different rules for Leia. Currently, I'm going with allowing her to be within the 9 hexer that her SZ is on and limiting her to that. Maybe thematically it is the place where she gives R2-D2 the plans.

It might slow them down a little, if you are rolling hot. You'll need 2 defense out of 3 with the rebs to block a ST's shot, which isn't gonna occur often. Maybe though, using Leia to gun with 4 attack, with rebs with 3 defense, could kill enough STs to stop them... Of course, then Leia might get stunned and you'll lose...

Now I want to playtest again!

Just to let you guys know, if the Rebels do not win in at least two of the three more required playtests, then we will have to hold it from moving to the Final Editing Phase.

We want them to win? I guess half and half...

The Rebels lost the Battle of Tantive IV but I guess it goes both ways... Leia gets stunned: Part of Movie. Leia sends out plans: Part of movie.

Also, for Heroscape purposes everyone has to have the chance to win, but if it makes you feel better, then the non-cannon win could be how it happened in the X-Dimension .

I would also like to re-iterate that you do not have to be a member of BoSS or HoSS to playtest one of these maps. Just be sure to post your results here.

I have the .pdf updated here. Switched the red and blue start zones around. Limited the ST's SZ. And made it to where Leia can only move on the 9 hexer. If playtesting proves needed changes then I will change it. And BTW how do you insert a photo at the top of the .pdf? Mine isn't there.

It does not show up for me, which might mean you haven't allowed it for public viewing. As far as the start zones go, in what way did you limit them?

Try again I updated it I believe (it worked for me not signed in).

I took out the front three SZ spaces I don't think the extra room is needed. Plus, everyone usually likes to line up semetrically so...

Nice looking . As far as Leia's restricted movement, I think that makes since. Also, after seeing the start zones, I can see your point, plus it gives the rebs one space more seperating them, good work!

I also placed battlements around the gaps, to make it look like walls.

It better because I don't have anymore ink (not that I did before printing it). But seriously, Vader's SZ looks Pink and instead of black wording and tiles it's blue.

DOUBLE EDIT: How do I insert a picture into the .pdf (Not that I'm going to print it out again anyway or I may just have to paint my castle walls and wall walks blue)?

I am not sure, I don't know much about PDFs, just how to convert them from Word files.
